GraffitiWorld is run by a single developer, so there is no support desk and no ticket queue. Email is the only channel. Most messages get a reply within a few days; privacy requests are answered within 30 days as required by law.

Found paint or a chat message that breaks the content rules? Send the coordinates shown in the corner of the map, or a link, and describe what is wrong. Illegal content and anything involving minors is dealt with immediately.
